I believe this restaurant also goes by the name Odaan. Came here for dinner. We shared pekora, chicken momo, chana saag, and paneer makhani. Service was pretty quick and polite. Mom and pop feel to the restaurant. Reasonably priced. No alcohol served here. There were two gender neutral restrooms; the one I used had one railing on the side so it was sort of handicap accessible.

So delicious. Food was a bit cold, and expensive for the portion sizes but the naan was flaky, buttery. Samosas were large and had amazing flavor.

Odaan or the Nepalese Indian Restaurant (according to Google maps) is hidden in plain sight in the heart of Ridgewood. With reasonable prices, this place is a gem! It's definitely more of a Nepali place than Indian but like any other Nepali restaurant in the US, it has a variety of Indian dishes since our cuisines are very similar. The place accepts both cash and card and the service is quick and the servers are polite. The bathrooms are clean as well. I recommend getting momos if you haven't tried them before which are dumplings from the Indian subcontinent especially Nepal and Northeastern India.

Review for take out Flavors are on point. Their spicy is definitely at authentic levels. 1. Chicken Tikka Masala: regular spicy is perfect. Sauce is good. Chicken are huge cubes and white meat, so came out a bit dry 2. Lamb Vindaloo: very spicy - speaking as a Malaysian who can handle spicy pretty well so don't order this level if your stomach may not handle it. Great curry texture 3. Rice: comes with each entree so a great value. Very fluffy. 4. Garlic naan: they add fresh garlic but the Naan could be fluffier
